Interim Executive Services

Wanserski & Associates offers interim executive services provided directly by Jim Wanserski (Interim CEO or Interim COO, management trustee, Interim CFO, executive-sponsor of key initiatives—as typical examples), or via additional resources within the firm’s network.

Interim Executive Services - Interim CEO/CFOOne significant benefit which results from having held many different positions within a variety of industries, is the “hard” experience such roles make available to current and future clients-with-high-end-needs.  Many times clients who realize they have an executive-level resource gap, or just have to get to the next level – require a critical role to be filled for the near-term – sometimes even to just bridge the gap to the new long-term candidate.

At other times in a management team’s life cycle, a major project just cannot be attended to by the existing executives, due to a number of causes ranging from perceived experience gaps, a specialized need, or because of an already-committed focus that prohibits dealing with the resource requirement.

From my experience, a leadership suite that realizes the need and then acts on it, greatly improves the company’s own success, profitability, and efficiency.

Interim executive services are provided by Wanserski & Associates, either directly by Jim Wanserski (Interim CEO or Interim COO, management trustee, Interim CFO, executive-sponsor of key initiatives—as typical examples), or via additional resources within the firm’s network.  Or, we can likely provide direct assistance in finding the right resource for the right work.

As either a: “roll-up-the-sleeves” contributor, or, in serving as the in-place boss, we find these focused roles rewarding, uniquely contributory, and fulfilling.

So, if the corner office, board or owners/founders recognize the shortcoming or challenge; or if your external — legal advisors, bankers, public accounting firm, consultant(s) have come to you because of an imperative resource they perceive as needed but cannot fulfill…and cannot therefore provide the in-place skills, applicable experience, or referral:

…we need to talk.
